Payment Terms and Conditions
We encourage payment at the time of your consultation. Fees vary depending on your age, your entitlements to subsidies and the services we provide. We are happy to provide further information on request.
There may be additional charges for:
- accounts not paid on the day of consultation (administration fee +$15.00, payment overdue 30 days)
- accounts not paid within 60 days of consultation (administration fee +$30.00)
- longer consultations or additional services provided (standard consultation – 15 mins)
- patients who are not enrolled with this practice (casual/non-funded patients)
- after-hours and weekend consultations
- patients who are enrolled but not yet funded
