WHAT TO BRING
Original passport – We don’t accept expired passports, photocopies, or verified copies of your passport. If you do not have a current passport, you must bring a Certificate of Identity or Refugee Travel Document.
Visa – We don’t provide visa or immigration advice. Please Check the INZ (Immigration New Zealand Website).
Prescription Glasses or contact lenses (if you have any or wear on a regular basis).
Medical Notes – Please bring medical notes from your doctor or specialist which should include all the regular medications and of any significant medical conditions
Pregnant applicants – please bring a letter from your doctor or midwife confirming your EDD (estimated date of delivery).
Applicants aged under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Client declaration – You will need to read and sign the INZ Declaration at your appointment.

NZER Number is created by us in eMedical System for each applicant
Chest X-ray conducted at Remuera Branch of Auckland Radiology Group
Urine and Blood Test – Blood and Urine sample are collected for full blood test and urine analysis at Awanui Labs. Please select any collection centre as per your convenience
- Doctor’s Assessment
- General Medical Examination , Blood Test results and/or Chest X-Ray is then submitted to INZ – eMedical Portal
